Praise Band Members Enter Here (drums), and Karen Mizerak (saxaphone).
How do I join?
You must first be a faithful attendee of LifeSpring Assembly of God and have a heart for worshipping God. You need to demonstrate a consistent lifestyle of worship that others can witness. If you play an instrument and are interested in joing the Praise Band, please complete the interest form below and click on the submit button. The Worship Coordinator will then contact you to set up an appointment to meet. This will be an informal get acquainted interview with an audition. Please prepare a selection of your choice for your instrument and be prepared to sight read music in the audition. More specific information will be given to you at the meeting. Once approved by the Worship Coordinator, you will be able to come to the next Praise Band rehearsal and begin your ministry as part of the team.
What will be expected of me?
A high degree of musicianship is expected along with a high level of commitment to our team. Once approved you will not play with the band in services until notified, but will be expected to attend each rehearsal scheduled. Praise Band members must attend LifeSpring Assembly of God faithfully for at least three (3) months prior to joining. They are expected to be faithful to the rehearsal schedule as determined. They are also expected to come to warm-ups and sound checks prior to service times and be on time so preparations for the services run smoothly. It is understood that you will maintain a lifestyle of worship and will ever be striving to be a passionate worshipper and follower of Jesus Christ.
